Ana-Luiza is an International Tax Leader and Business Advisor with MNP’s Tax Services team in Montréal. Ana-Luiza focuses primarily on international tax strategies for individuals and family offices, specializing in global mobility, executive compensation, and international personal tax matters.

With more than 25 years of practice, primarily with Big Four firms in Canada and Europe, Ana-Luiza is adept at a wide range of international transactions, individual tax planning, executive compensation, and family office mandates.
She also advises multinationals and private equity clients, as well as corporate boards and compensation committees, on business strategy and transformation. Her focus is on executive reward and incentive programs, international expansion, and tax, in various contexts, including mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.

 

An alumna of the Stanford Graduate School of Business, Ana-Luiza is a frequent speaker and writer on cross-border and executive compensation matters. Passionate about mentorship and support initiatives, she sits on the Stanford Women’s Circles global and regional boards, helping connect and support women and their societal impact. She holds an Advanced Certificate in Family Business Governance from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Ana-Luiza earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from McGill University in 2004. She is a Certified Equity Professional (CEP).
