AJ is a member of MNP’s Human Resources Consulting Services team in Vancouver. AJ serves a diverse range of client groups, including not-for-profit organizations, Indigenous organizations, Crown corporations, educational institutions, and companies in the retail, construction, manufacturing, and other sectors.

He has a deep understanding of his clients’ unique needs and challenges, and provides tailored solutions to meet their recruitment and human resources needs, aligned with each client's long-term goals and objectives.

AJ helps clients with executive search and professional recruitment and human resources consulting, strategically identifying and attracting top-tier executive talent for key leadership positions within client organizations. He is dedicated to delivering exceptional results, ensuring that clients have access to the right talent to optimize their human resources practices to drive business success and create a positive workplace culture.

AJ earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Leadership and Human Resources from Camosun College. He is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR B.C. and Yukon) and is a CPHR mentor.
