Dana Thomsen, CPA, CMA, CA, is a Partner and Regional Agriculture Leader in MNP’s Lethbridge office in the firm’s Assurance Services group. Dana delivers a comprehensive range of assurance services and strategic business advice to primary producers in the agriculture sector as well as owner-managed businesses in Southern Alberta.

Knowledgeable about the industries she serves, Dana is committed to helping her clients overcome the business challenges that keep them up at night. Forward-thinking, she is not just a service provider but also a trusted advisor who works with her clients to identify opportunities that will allow them to achieve their goals.

Dana is an experienced guide for people who wish to begin succession planning to ensure their farms or businesses continue to thrive and that they get the maximum return on their investments. She also works with MNP Farm Management consultants on planning, production and profitability analysis as well as on Agristability claims.

Dana is a designated Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifying in 2002. She received a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1998. She is a volunteer at her children’s schools and with Meals on Wheels.
