Contest begins on Thursday, November 7, 2024, and closes Friday, November 22, 2024 (the Contest Period). All registrations must be completed by MNP LLP (MNP) prior to Friday, November 22, 2024, by midnight EST. No purchase is necessary. One (1) pair of Apple AirPods (3rd generation) In-Ear True Wireless Earbuds with Lightning Charging Case – White, of a value of approximately C$229.99 to be won. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted by another prize or cash. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of registrations received. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
All entrants and contest winners must be at least 18 years of age. The contest is not open to partners or employees of MNP, their immediate family members, or those domiciled with a partner or employee of MNP. Immediate family is defined as parents, siblings, children, spouse, or common-law partner. The contest is open to residents of Ontario, Canada.
Winners will be selected by a random drawing among those who have registered for MNP’s Business Insights Newsletter for the Real Estate & Construction industry during the Contest Period. All registrations received by MNP within the Contest Period will be eligible for drawing. The contest winner will be notified by email within five business days following the end of the Contest Period. The prize will be shipped to the winner via mail. MNP is not responsible for lost, illegible, or stolen prizes. In order to be declared a winner by the contest judges, a potential winner must be in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By participating, each entrant and selected winner agrees: (a) to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of MNP, (b) to release and hold harmless MNP and its affiliates, subsidiaries, independent contractors, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives including advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability for claims/damages including, but not limited to, claims/damages for personal injury, for property damage with respect to acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the Prize or participation in the Contest; (c) to permit MNP to use their name, address, city, province, of residence, photograph, video, or any likeness for Contest related purposes, advertising or publicity purposes without any additional compensation, and (d) the winner agrees to sign a Declaration and Release Form to this effect.
Personal information collected for the purpose of awarding the prize will only be used and disclosed for that purpose and in accordance with any and all applicable provincial and federal privacy legislation. By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions you give Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all federal, provincial and local laws.
