Matt Bolley, CPA, CA, is a Business Advisor and Partner with MNP’s Specialty Tax team in Brandon. Matt works closely with family farms, small- and medium-sized business owners and professionals, delivering practical solutions to help them achieve their goals.

Matt helps his clients develop unique business structures to minimize taxes and help their operations run more effectively. He advises on a broad range of issues, including helping professionals transition their practice to the next generation or a third party in the most tax-efficient way possible.

Matt graduated from Brandon University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in 2009. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 2011 (National Honour Roll). He completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course in 2013.
