Damon is a member of MNP’s Assurance and Accounting team in Toronto. Damon provides a wide range of assurance, accounting, tax, and advisory solutions for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, and construction sectors, with a specialty in private equity and foreign-owned businesses. He takes pride in helping business owners develop and achieve their strategic goals.

With more than two decades of auditing and accounting expertise, Damon provides his clients with an experienced and objective opinion for audits and reviews. He leads financial statement audits for regional, national, and international clients with up to $1 billion in revenue. His experience includes general tax consulting, cash flow forecasting and analysis, performance measurement and process improvement.

Prior to joining MNP, Damon worked at a Big Four firm.

Damon obtained a Bachelor of Mathematics (BMath) and Master of Accounting (MAcc) at the University of Waterloo in 2003. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA).
