Carm Criminisi, CPA, CA, is a Partner in MNP's Private Enterprise area in the Burlington office. His clientele is predominantly representative of small to mid-sized owner-managed businesses and professionals in the medical, dental, legal and pharmaceutical fields.

Carm specializes in business advisory services. He works very closely with his owner-managed clients in the areas of operations management, strategy development and implementation, and corporate financing. Carm also assists clients with the development and implementation of turnaround plans for those experiencing financial difficulties, as well as assisting in corporate revitalization strategies. His expertise extends to retirement/estate and business succession planning, mergers and acquisition advisory services, and corporate, trust and personal tax planning.

Following graduation from McMaster University, Carm articled locally with a national firm and received the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation in 1990. Carm is a member of the Hamilton and District Chartered Accountants' Association, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
