A Partner with MNP’s Professional Services team in Waterloo, Amy is committed to developing trusted relationships with physicians, dentists and other professional clients. She provides accounting and tax services, and consulting and advice for every stage of their career; from starting or purchasing their practice to developing a retirement and succession plan. She takes the time to understand her clients and their business and personal goals, to help them succeed.

Drawing on many years of experience, Amy specializes in working with these clients in the health care sector, helping them establish professional corporations and optimize dividend and salary compensation strategies. She makes recommendations to improve their practice and delivers proactive tax planning. Amy helps clients acquire and sell dental practices, and advises on the important decisions and tax considerations, and prepares cash flow projections for clients starting new practices.

Amy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in accounting with Distinction from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1997. She is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1999.
