An exclusive event for Women Executive Leaders of Canadian Credit Unions and their Mentees
MNP’s Credit Union Women in Leadership Invitational is dedicated to advancing female leadership across the industry. This exclusive, invite-only event offers panel discussions, mentor-mentee participation, and peer-to-peer networking among executive leaders, with a focus on the challenges women face in leadership roles. Experienced leaders will share thought-provoking insights and their expertise on a variety of critical topics, while mentees will have a chance to both absorb and contribute to discussions in one-on-one sessions.
The day will feature keynote panels of female executives, mentor-mentee one-on-one sessions, an external industry panel, and opportunities for ideation, problem-solving, and peer-to-peer engagement.
This invitation-only event is limited to a maximum of two attendees from each invited credit union: one executive leader and their chosen mentee. We anticipate no more than 24 participants in total, to ensure focussed attention and learnings.
